Positive: I locked myself out and the locksmith opened my door quickly. Negatives: 1) I was quoted on the phone a minimum of £79, if the easiest method worked (which was the case), however the 'quote' didn't include VAT. The actual minimum was £94.80, which I was charged. I had to call the company to check that their technician wasn't ripping me and them off. If they had given me the correct minimum quote initially, it would have saved me the shock and confusion and allowed me to more accurately compare the quote with other companies quotes. 2) I prearranged a time, but was left standing in the cold for 38 minutes - perhaps expecting too much, but this could have been managed a lot better with clearer communication from the company.

Fantastic Locksmiths. Lovely staff and absolutely first class service at a great price. Cut keys while I waited and Been gave some really helpful advice on locking systems for work. Would definitely recommend!!

I needed an upgrade to the locks for my front door. Tom came out and installed the deadbolt that I had purchased, but he recommended that I return the other lock for a different model, given my configuration. It required a second trip on his part to install the second lock once it arrived, which he did with no additional charge. After the locks were installed he made adjustments to the doors that improved their action. I am very satisfied with the knowledgeable and skillful work I received.

Absolutely the best locksmith I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Was recommended to me from a good friend. I was locked out of my house and he arrived in no time and fixed the lock almost instantly. while he was there i remembered about a safe that was given to me from my dear granny that i was never able to open. He opened it in mere minutes and there wasn't any damage to the safe couldn't have asked for a better experience and best of all he charged me at least half the price I had anticipated. Astounding experience would recommend to anyone.

I called to see how long it would take for someone to get to my house to make me a door key, they told me 20-25 minutes which is very fast. He told me someone would give me a call back and sure enough almost instantly, the locksmith told me he would be there in 6 minutes!!!! And he was on point with time! Great guy and knows what he is doing and will do his best to make sure you're satisfied! Great company and great workers. Thanks again!

Locked ourselves out the house around 7 pm and Keys 4 U was friendly, honest and got us back in the house without having to damage any locks. Great comma and would absolutely recommend him to anyone in a similar situation. The array of tools the guy has is astounding. I don't think there is a job around locks his van doesn't have the part for. Over all great services!! A++++

Really excellent service. Very knowledgeable, especially about their local area and the types of doors here! They sourced me a key for a door that is essentially obsolete and hasn't been opened in who-knows-how-long. The key took a couple of weeks to arrive but they updated me often, so I wasn't worried. It was very inexpensive too!

This locksmith was great. The guy arrived on time and called 15 minutes before to confirm arrival time. He worked really hard and checked each lock three times. As this was a bailiff job, it was completed 100% to our satisfaction. Have recommended to others. If you use Keys 4 U you will not be dissapointed

I locked myself out of my house and Car, leaving the keys in the house. They were here in 25 minutes in Friday rush hour traffic. We were in our house in seconds. He quoted and charged exactly what he quoted, was quick and professional and I appreciate it very much. Especially as I wasn't wearing a coat and both my small children were wearing their pjs. I wanted to get my door opened and fixed immoderately on a Sunday and i was panicking but when i calls keys4 u, i was released when a lock smith came to my house. He was polite and professional. You could tell he enjoyed what he did and he went the extra mile to complete my door. Would greatly recommend them. Great value for price.

Excellent service. Locksmith turned up in 15 minutes. Very polite and helpful. Got me back in my apartment without any damage to the locks or door. Very reasonable price too. I will be keeping the number of Keys 4 U on my phone incase I need them again. Would recommend!

They responded quick he was with us in less than half an hour. He was lovely and tried his best and even though it was difficult he got in the car. The only really disappointing thing is that they didn't tell us about the VAT. On the switchboard she told us £69 so with VAT was £82.80. Happy with the service but not the misinformation.

Price was affordable! Guys came at the time they said which was convenient as it was an urgent matter for me. The service was great in all sense. They tried for ages with the lock I had but wasn't do-able so they put their own lock at a small cost. The guys were very polite and tried really hard. I can go on but all in all perfect service!

Chris did a pucker job when he came out and fitted my door with new locks. The lady that answered my call when I rang had a lovely telephone Manor and was very helpful with my inquiry. A very speedy service on their part. Would recommend highly.
