1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of locksmith services by Keys4U ("we", "us", "our") to customers ("you", "your"). By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Keys4U is a professional locksmith company operating across the United Kingdom. Our registered office is in London, England.

2. Services

We provide a range of locksmith services including but not limited to:

  • Emergency lockout services
  • Lock replacement and installation
  • Lock repair
  • Key cutting and duplication
  • Security surveys and upgrades
  • UPVC door lock replacement
  • Burglary repair and boarding up
  • Safe opening and installation
  • Auto locksmith services
  • CCTV and alarm installation

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted before work commences. We operate a fixed-price policy — the price quoted is the price you pay, with no hidden charges.

We do not charge a call-out fee. Payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, debit cards and credit cards.

In the event that additional work is required beyond the original scope, we will inform you and obtain your agreement before proceeding.

4. Guarantee

All work carried out by Keys4U is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. This guarantee covers parts and labour.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, attempted forced entry, or third-party interference with the work carried out.

5. Authorisation

By requesting our services, you confirm that you are the owner of the property or vehicle, or that you have the authority of the owner to request locksmith services. We reserve the right to request proof of identity and/or ownership before carrying out any work.

We will not carry out any work where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the request is unlawful or that the customer does not have the right to access the property or vehicle.

6. Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from our services.

We carry full public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our engineers during the course of their work, we will assess and address the matter promptly.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel a booking at any time before our engineer arrives at no charge. If our engineer has already been dispatched and is en route, a cancellation fee may apply to cover travel costs.

8. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

9. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us in the first instance. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days. If you remain dissatisfied, you may refer the matter to an appropriate dispute resolution service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
